The utilization rate of waste paper has reached 60 million tons, the utilization rate of scrap steel has reached 320 million tons, and the output of recycled non-ferrous metals has reached 20 million tons, of which 4 million tons of copper, aluminum, and lead have been exported and recovered, which are 11.5 million tons and 2.9 million tons respectively. The output value of the resource recycling industry has reached 5 trillion yuan.
