According to Tangshan Labor Daily, since the beginning of this year, several steel companies and related steel enterprises in Tangshan have been seizing ultra-low emissions and finding low-carbon paths, fully utilizing the national "Renewable Steel Raw Material Import Standards" and related policies implemented on January 1 this year, and continuing to import recycled steel raw materials from South Korea and Japan.
As of the end of April, companies such as Shugang Jingtang and China Minmetals imported 11000 tons of recycled steel from Caofeidian Port, while Delong Group, Jingye Group, and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation imported 12000 tons of recycled steel from Jingtang Port.
